Analysis of Examination Results
In order to further improve the educational teaching management level as well as find and solve problems without delay, after the third monthly exam, Anqing Foreign Language School’s Senior High Department convened the score analysis meeting in some classes, which was conducted in key classes and regular classes respectively. At midday on 10th January, at the conference room on the second floor of the administration building, the Senior High Section held the score analysis meeting in Class 4, Grade 10.
First of all, Director Cao Siqing in charge of teaching in Senior High Section made a keynote speech in which he fully affirmed the excellent academic performance achieved by students from Class 4, Grade 10, a regular class. The hard-earned perfect grades came from head teacher’s scientific management, subject teacher’s industriousness in addition to students’ hard work. In the meantime, Director Cao Siqing put forward requirements for the head teacher and discipline teachers in that he hoped all teachers should adopt the multilevel teaching mode, which requested teachers to teach students in accordance of their aptitude, retain top students’ favorable status and encourage those underachievers by grasping the basics and finding methods.
Second of all, each discipline teacher analyzed the exam results in their relevant subject and explained the existing problems in students’ papers. Obviously, each and every one made intensive and meticulous exchange.
In a nutshell, Principal Assistant& Senior High Director Qian Zhihong summarized the meeting and stressed that all teachers from Class 4, Grade 10 were supposed to be ready and calm, affirm the achievements on the one hand and sum up experience on the other hand. More noticeably, all teachers should pay attention to the weak disciplines of students who ranked among the top few of the report list and adopt targeted approaches to obtain more satisfactory grades in the next monthly examination.
